We are developing machine learning methods that address key challenges in computer vision and healthcare. Situated in Manhattan, within the Department of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and closely affiliated with Cornell Tech, we focus on interpretable medical image analysis, topological deep learning, graph neural networks and generative models. Our research integrates multimodal data—including clinical images, biological data, and patient histories to advance diverse applications in medical diagnosis, biology and neuroscience.
